Ditch the app juggling act

You shouldn't need a website builder, a group chat, a scheduling app, and a social feed just to run your team. Coordly does all of it.

Outdated team website
Auto-generated group page
Chaotic group chats
Clean announcement feed
Scattered scheduling apps
Shared team calendar

Up and running in 3 steps

If you can send a text, you can run Coordly.

1

Create your group

Sign up, name your group, and set it up in under two minutes. Your public page is live immediately — no design skills needed.

2

Invite your team

Share an invite link. Members join with one tap and get instant access to the feed and calendar. Parents can follow the public page.

3

Post, schedule, coordinate

Add events to the calendar, post announcements to the feed. Everyone on your team sees it — in real time, in one place.

Common questions

Is Coordly only for sports teams?

Not at all. Any organized group works great — bands, clubs, run crews, book groups. If your group has a schedule and needs to communicate, Coordly fits.

Do members need an account to see the schedule?

Guests can visit your public group page and see public events with no account. For private content, members need to join — which takes about 30 seconds.

Can I be in multiple groups?

Yes. One account, as many groups as you want. Your feed and calendar automatically pull from all your joined and followed groups.

What about parents who don't want to download an app?

Every group gets a public web page parents can bookmark in their browser — no app download required. All public events and announcements are there.

How is this different from Facebook Groups or WhatsApp?

Those tools are built for chatting. Coordly is built for coordination — structured posts, a real calendar, and a public page. No missed announcements buried in chat.

When is Coordly launching?

Why I built this

Social media has lost it's purpose.

It once was a place where people met people.

I built Coordly to be a true social network, where people can network and coordinate with other's of shared interest.

No more doom scrolling into an endless abyss.

Scroll to connect and stay connected, thats it.
